There are three sections of a usual wedding we can be booked for. You may book us for all three, or any combination you may wish. They are ceremony, pre-dinner drinks (canapes), reception. We offer packages to suit or can tailor make for you. Please see our Services page for further information.
Yes we do! We are a complete package that can take care of all your musical needs in one. We provide background music for the night, playing appropriate styled music for dinner all the way through to the dance brackets. We don’t use DJ decks as such, however, a similar result is achieved. Clients can also tailor make their playlists and provide us with an ipod/ipad/phone/MP3 player on the night with clearly labelled set lists.
Yes we bring all the equipment needed, from instruments and PA, all the way through to lighting. We also provide a microphone for speeches if required at no extra charge. They only thing we might require is a table to place some of our gear on and perhaps a couple of chairs, depending on the event.
After performing for many years we have seen all sorts of events in a variety of settings. We know what works and what doesn’t.
Yes, we are certainly happy to assist with more than just the musical entertainment and provide insight into the overall running of the day if called upon. Please note, we are not wedding planners as such and will not organise your menu for you, however, we can let you know when its best to have your meal served during the event so it runs smoothly;)
To confirm and lock in your booking, we require a 25% deposit, with the balance being paid one month before your wedding date.
We are usually performing at private events so it can be busy to see us perform, however, if we have any public gigs we are certainly happy for potential clients to come and view us and have a chat. Please email us to see if anything is coming up so we can let you know. If you are happy to book and want to meet with us to discuss your wedding, we are more than happy to do this also. If in person is difficult due to location, then Skype is a good alternative.
Melbourne & Sydney have been the key locations, however, OTC can be booked Australia wide and internationally. Please note, prices may increase with any bookings more than 1.5 hours out of Melbourne and accommodation could be required. Interstate bookings may also incur more price rises due to relevant travel expenses. International bookings are subject to availability time frame and contract. We love what we do and go off a simple motto – if we can make it happen, we will!
Yes we can MC your event as well. We always suggest using a friend for weddings/birthdays etc, however, provided they are up to the job! A good MC can help the event run smoothly and increase the vibe. Choose wisely and if unsure, we are here.
In all the years we have been performing we have never missed a wedding. In saying this, we understand the need for a contingency plan just in case.
We have musicians who we call upon that are more than capable to fill in in case of emergency. They all know the set list well and are professional musicians. A discount will be also be offered as compensation.
